I think student shouldn'd have mobile.Because we are student,we come to school for studying.If we have mobile,we will take more time on it and dont't want to study.On the other hand,mobile is expensive.In school,it loses eaily.But it's not meaning mobile is always bad.For example,we can use it contect with our family and friends eaily.
